Today two of our budding young creatives – Briony and Tash – are representing Third City in the PRCA NextGen Global Creative Challenge 2020 for the chance to attend Cannes Lions festival next year.
From 10am today, they’ll have 24 hours to answer a creative brief for a charity partner of the PRCA, who will act as the client.
It wasn’t easy to choose our team of two, so we set all eligible under-30s in the office a simple task – be as creative as possible in showing us that you want to attend the Cannes Lions festival. Tash created an actual Cannes Lion (made out of a can), while Briony made a beautiful animation about the journey of a lost lion who found a home at Third City.
Judges will shortlist the best submissions to six entries, with the entrants invited to virtually deliver a five-minute presentation to the Jury, explaining the PR campaign. The winners will then be invited to take part in the global competition hosted by ICCO against the champions from other regions.
