New shopping website Trouva.com puts the joy back into online shopping with London’s first Car Bootique

London’s busy Brick Lane played host to the first Trouva Car Bootique, which brought together unique independent retailers with an array of beautiful classic cars

To celebrate the launch of Trouva.com, Third City worked with a team of curators to bring together a treasure trove of products to showcase what the site has to offer.

As the new online marketplace for people who are looking for something as individual as they are, we didn’t want to host just any old press show. The Car Boutique saw a handpicked a selection of gift, fashion, food and homeware items displayed against a backdrop of stunning vintage cars including a Corvette Stingray, Jaguar E Type coupe and Ford Mustang.

As well as welcoming journalists and bloggers, the event held at the Old Truman Brewery, was also open to the public. Visitors were able to browse the collections and shop for more than 6,000 gorgeous items and accent pieces online using iPads.

The event welcomed more than 300 guests
